NATIONAL-ECONOMIC OUTLAYS IN THE ENERGY SECTOR.
A methodological approach to estimation of national-economic outlays in the energy sector is presented; their structure is analyzed with the proportion allocated to the fuel-energy complex singled out. A quantitative characterization of these outlays is given for the 1960-1980 period. Factors governing the dynamics of these outlays are indicated.
