Seminar procedure
The seminar will be held in accordance with the program in a mixed format as follows:
- participants of the seminar, who are in Irkutsk, present their reports personally in the conference hall of the Melentiev Energy Systems Institute of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
- conference participants who did not come in person participate in the meetings and submit their reports online
- • the seminar is held according to Irkutsk time (+5 hours to Moscow time);
- time limit for presentations:
plenary reports and lectures for young scientists - 1 hour (50 min. presentation + 10 min. discussion and questions),
sectional reports - 20 min. (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion and questions).
Registration of the seminar participants will take place on July 29 at 13:00 in the lobby of Melentiev Energy Systems Institute of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences
