Problem of Indeterminary of Optimal Solutions in Large Energy Systems. [PROBLEMA NEOPREDELENNOSTI OPTIMAL'NYKH RESHENII V BOL'SHIKH SISTEMAKH ENERGETIKI.]
A general formulation of the problem of vagueness of optimal solutions regarding the development and functioning of large power systems is set forth. The principal lines of solving this problem and the main questions requiring further discussion are considered.
