Cyber Resilience Metrics Assessment of Cyber- Physical Energy System Information Infrastructure
The process of development of electric power systems (EPS), due to the widespread adoption of new intelligent technologies and its digital transformation, has led to the creation of cyber-physical energy system (CPES) that are characterized by the close interrelationship of information-communication and physical subsystems. In this regard, there is a tendency for the resilience of CPES to deteriorate due to failures and malfunctions of the information infrastructure objects, including as a result of cyber attacks. This should be taken into account when assessing the reliability and resilience of CPES, so the issues of ensuring cyber resilience of objects of information infrastructure become relevant. The article analyzes the possible causes of cyber resilience disruptions in CPES information infrastructure. We propose a information infrastructure object cyber resilience model, on the basis of which we develop an algorithm for determining the values of cyber resilience metrics of information infrastructure object, taking into account the quality of information used in the management of CPES. © 2023 IEEE.
