Intelligent Information and Computing System to Support Decision-Making to Reduce the Harmful Effects of Energy Objects

Currently, throughout the world there is increased interest in the assessment of environmental pollution by industrial facilities, which includes energy objects, both from states and from companies. To carry out such assessments, both regulatory methods for assessing environmental pollution and damage from them, and various software tools have been developed and approved. However, they are used separately, and we didn't find information about an integrated approach to such assessments that would integrate various regulatory methods and software tools. Therefore, we have developed an intelligent web-based information and computing system for assessing environmental pollution by energy objects and supporting decision-making to reduce their harmful effects, presented in this article. The article presents its architecture, main subsystems, and shows the results obtained with its help. The conclusion also describes possible directions for further development. © 2024 IEEE.
