The Shale Revolution and Its Possible Consequences for Russia
This article presents data on the geological and recoverable shale gas reserves around the world, examines the technological and economic risks, and defines the basic factors for possible impact (consequences) of production of shale gas on the fuel balance of specific regions and on the creation of a gas market.
