Intelligent support tools for strategic decision-making on Smart Grid development
The article discusses the concepts of Smart Grid and the digital power industry being developed in Russia. The main information technologies offered for their implementation are analyzed. It is proposed to include in this list intelligent technologies to support strategic energy development decisions,. Three generations of such tools developed in a team headed by the authors are considered. The proposed Intellectual tools are based on the concepts of situational management and semantic modeling. It is noted that the third version seems to be the most perspective. Examples of semantic models and schemes of the proposed intelligent tools are given. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
