Ensuring energy security in the Siberian Federal District: Analysis of the situation and the main trends
This paper presents an assessment of the level of energy security of the subjects of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the Siberian Federal District. The approach to the assessment is based on the use of the monitoring and indicative analysis of energy security developed at ESI SB RAS. As a result, the main problems were identified with ensuring energy security in the regions, with a view to further developing ways to improve the situation in them. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
