The problem of the aggregation of economic actors is illustrated by the example of aggregation of customers. The requirement of the correctness of aggregation is introduced, according to which the collective choice of benefits should be equal to the sum of individual choices. It is shown that this requirement is satisfied in only one case where collective and individual utility functions are quasiequivalent and quasihomogeneous, i.e., are obviously unsatisfactory for economic reasons. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
