REGISTRATION

Participants of the conference should fill in the registration form on http://sei.irk.ru/aec2014/en/register_en.doc and send it to Organizing Committee – conf2014@isem.sei.irk.ru – by July 1.

VISA SUPPORT

To receive the official invitation letter to apply for an entry Visa to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country, please contact the Secretariat via e-mail. It will take two months to arrange an official invitation.

The following information is required for the official invitation:

1. First name, last name 
2. Passport number, date of expiry 
3. Date of birth 
4. Country, place of birth
5. Nationality
6. Country, place of permanent residence
7. Place of work, position, work address, telephone number, fax
8. Place of visa issue (country, city)
9. Dates of arrival and departure
10. Cities to be visited in Russia
11. A copy of the first page of your passport (to be sent as scan copy with resolution at least 300 dpi by e-mail).

ACCOMMODATION

Organizing Committee recommends the following hotels for accommodation:

The participants of the Conference, if accommodated at these hotels, will be provided with transportation service during the Conference.
