Using normalized values of indicators to determine the level of energy security on the example of the Central and Southern federal districts
At ISEM SB RAS developed approaches to assessing the level of energy security of regions by convolution of qualitative indicators of its state of energy efficiency. At the same time, the relative weights of indicators in the overall system of their value were taken into account. The article presents a new approach to the formation of normalized values of energy security indicators, which was applied in the analysis of the main trends, scales, as well as the dynamics of changes in the state of energy security of the subjects of the Russian Federation located in the territories of the Central and Southern federal districts. Conclusions about its applicability are drawn on the example of the obtained results of indicative analysis. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2023.
