The project of the 7th Framework Program of Scientific Cooperation between the European Union and Russia supported by the European Commission and the Federal Agency on Science and Innovations of the RF, the Consortium of 13 European (Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Estonia, Slovenia, Latvia and some other countries) and 7 Russian institutions. Leading institutions: University of Dortmund, Germany, and ESI SB RAS, Russia.
