On June 3 the representatives of Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS had a meeting with the delegation from the National Institute of Environmental Research, Republic of Korea. The discussion embraced potential areas of joint researches. The guests demonstrated a video film about the research areas at the Korean Institute. Along with the general information about the Institute, the participants on behalf of Melentiev Energy Systems Institute presented potential lines for cooperation:

-          Research into the nature-induced energy factors;

-          Consideration of environmental factors when forecasting the energy development;

The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The two institutions are planning to sign an agreement on cooperation.
