The authors focus on two main problems in heat supply planning questions: territory zoning by type of heat supply and determination of economically feasible heat supply radiuses. For the solution of these problems, the mathematical models and algorithms were developed. This work is focused on the research of influence of external factors on the HSS development. Results of calculation show that the change of a fuel and electricity cost, heat power of system, temperature of the heat carrier, climatic conditions and requirements of reliability have significant effect on result of territory zoning by type of heat supply and scales of district heating systems.(C) 2017 The Authors.
